Check the properties for the pic. It says it's from Bug-Out 2004, and if I'm not mistaken, the Bug-Out show took place in USA.

Besides, the plate is no German plate (wrong setup or what I should call it) and the Americans also likes to remove the side marker lights for the clean "Euro look".
