My project: VW Golf II 16vG60 turbo (many pics)

I'm bored at work, so i wanted to make an english project-thread about my car.
It would be nice to get some comments, and maybe a few tips :)

The car:
- 1990 Golf 2 Gti G60 16v turbo

Engine:
- G60 block
- 16v head
- Audi S2 pistons
- Audi S2 rods
- KKK 26 turbo
- Audi S4 modified manifold
- Audi RS 2 modified intake
- Sierra Cosworth intercooler
- SNS stage 5 chip
- 440 cc injectors

Rims/Tyres
- Titanium Deep Star 7,5x17"

Brakes/Drivetrain
- Brembo brakes
- Vr6 Drivetrain
- Jamex 80mm lowering dampers and springs. (Soon coilovers)

Interior
- El. Recaro from Golf Rallye
- Different gauges

Audio
- Alpine CDA-7998R head-unit
- 2x12" Rockford Fosgate DVC Punch subwoofers
- Rockford Fosgate 1 farad capacitor
- Planet Audio 5.25" in the door panels.
- RF 500.2 og RF 360.2 amplifiers

I believe his engine is originally a G60, but has been fitted with a 16V head and turbo instead.

It's a G60 with a 16v head and turbo :)

Try to find a K24 to lose the K26.....thats a Big M.....F....er for a 1.8 engine, and takes very very long to spool.
With a K24 youre still in the 300bhp range and get some power in lower revs.

I had a K24..I didn't like it that much. It was "empty" by 4500 rpm.
The K26 is not that much bigger. But it will keep the boost a bit longer :) The K24 can't deliever boost for more than 280 bhp. The K26 can deliever to abot 350. And my goal is to break the 300 hp limit ;)
I ran with 6:1 in comp.ratio, so i'm used to run with "turbo-lag" ;). Hehe

well, you run a turbocharced 16v engine, and i'm running a 1.8L 8v monopoint... talk about differnce in drag and speed! not to mention the nice sound from the turbo while is charging up

Hehe, I did a good job with that Opel, ehh ? ;) Hehe..I can tell you that nobody have driven so fast down that road with so bad tires ;)

I am using complete Digifant injection system. using 42's / 440cc injectors with a SNS stage 5 chip :)
I have some new pics, but i haven't uploaded them yet.
The car is soon finish now. :) With bigger turbo, larger injectors, SNS chip, S2 pistons and rods etc ;) Loookin' forward to drive the beast again ;)
