Question Golf 2 with VR6....need help...

Hi guys....

My friend has 1989 Golf 2 GTi 16v. It has digifiz orginally....He just found a donor car which is corrado VR6.... he is thinking about VR6 swap for Golf 2....

What do we need to make a perfect swap?

(First thing to be known this digifiz wont fit with VR6... we can solve this problem with golf 3 VR6 cluster...

then do we need VR6 axes...??? .... etc...)

What should we do and what do we need from corrado VR6 both mecanical and electircal ?

Please inform us...thank you....

Hi VWMAN,

Corrado VR6 is almost perfect for this engine swap to mkII Golf, you can use almost everything that is related to the engine. If you give me your e-mailadress, I can mail you some very usefull documents for this engine swap.

Also Digifiz can be made workable for the VR6, you will have to make some adjustments that's all.
