Golf 2 with VR6....need help...
Hi guys....
My friend has 1989 Golf 2 GTi 16v. It has digifiz orginally....He just found a donor car which is corrado VR6.... he is thinking about VR6 swap for Golf 2.... What do we need to make a perfect swap? (First thing to be known this digifiz wont fit with VR6... we can solve this problem with golf 3 VR6 cluster... then do we need VR6 axes...??? .... etc...) What should we do and what do we need from corrado VR6 both mecanical and electircal ? Please inform us...thank you.... Last edited by VWMAN : 18-04-2005 at 21:13.

Hi VWMAN,
Corrado VR6 is almost perfect for this engine swap to mkII Golf, you can use almost everything that is related to the engine. If you give me your e-mailadress, I can mail you some very usefull documents for this engine swap. Also Digifiz can be made workable for the VR6, you will have to make some adjustments that's all.
