Pook losmaken Golf 5 2008

Hallo forumleden,

Ik zou graag mijn originele pook willen vervangen. Weet iemand misschien hoe ik die loskrijg?

Ik ben bang dat als ik te hard draai, de versnellingsbak kapot gaat oid.
