2e Limburgse Keverdag

Ik had geen hoge verwachtingen van deze meeting, maar aangezien deze bij ons in het dorp was ben ik toch maar even gaan kijken. En ik was toch wel aangenaam verrast, er stonden toch zo'n 250 tot 300 luchtgekoelde VW's op het terrein van het oude station van Simpelveld. Het was er gezellig druk en later op de middag brak het zonnetje nog even door. En mede door de oude stoomtreinen hing er naar mijn mening een nostalgisch sfeertje dat mooi paste bij de oude VW's. Volgend jaar hopelijk weer!
