'93 Golf 4 door, longeron sheet metal where to get?

for my '93 Golf 4 door, as is the common illness of our golfs, the longerons are very bad, MOT failure.
is replacement sheet metal available? and so, where?

The original parts number is 1H3809847 for the left and 1H3809848 for the right

Maybe You van Google thoe parts Numbers for a store or website in your neighbourhood that also Shell,s them

Yes, They are.
is there somebody here who has experience welding these in place?

I know how to weld, it's only to tell me what to look out for, or if there are any catches putting these in place?

Btw, thanks for the links, now I have to find out if they ship to France.
