Audi door handles on an MKIV! I have a question!

Where would I be able to buy a kit (if one exists) to adapt Audi A4/A6 door handles to my VW MKIV GTI? Or is it done by getting used handles from a car a a junk yard? I know it can be done. Here is the picture that inspired me to find out more!
