I think it some American brand. But the grille looks a bit like Lancia,but the front bumper and the mirrors look like VAG.

It looks a lot like a studie one of the Italian studios (Bertone I believe) made about 10 years ago. It was based on a Jag. But that's not this one. Looks a lot like it though.
