I believe it is stock indeed. Someone i work with drives an European RS and told me that the v8 is available from the States for about 14000 euro or dollar (only the engine offcourse).

You can actually but the V8/RWD conversion kit at any Ford dealer. Only in USA, of course....

Don't reclaim......here in Brasil, the biggest motor for the Ford Focus is a 2.0 liters with 130cv.....=(
