WEB I never... this motor is covered in silk spun by an army of CATERPILLARS.
Millions crawled over the red car after stripping all the leaves from nearby trees.

They then made cocoons to protect them from predators, including birds. The silvery covering could remain for TWO WEEKS until the caterpillars turn into spindle ermine moths.

An onlooker in Spuikade, Holland, said yesterday: "It looked like a scene from a horror movie."

Toevallig reed ik gisteren door die straat. Het is niet alleen die auto. Aan al die bomen hangt een web wat lijkt op een gigantisch zeil. Het ziet er goor en smerig uit.

Je ziet het deze tijd wel veel met die rupsen, maar zoveel? (klimaat?)
