Hi Guys.

First post and here is my story.

11 kilometers at the odo, this should be fun.

http://www.roleks.se/cy10.jpg

VW Caddy 2,0 TDI-R 140 hp with 6 gears.

http://www.roleks.se/cy11.jpg

http://www.roleks.se/cy12.jpg

http://www.roleks.se/cy13.jpg

So I have to start.

http://www.roleks.se/cy14.jpg

http://www.roleks.se/cy15.jpg

http://www.roleks.se/cy16.jpg

This will go to the painter.

http://www.roleks.se/cy17.jpg

Rims and tires is here.

http://www.roleks.se/cy1.jpg

Just a teaser.

http://www.roleks.se/cy2.jpg

http://www.roleks.se/cy3.jpg

http://www.roleks.se/cy4.jpg

http://www.roleks.se/cy5.jpg

Nice size on a van.

http://www.roleks.se/cy6.jpg

Here we go.

http://www.roleks.se/cy40.jpg

I just get rid of things that I not need.

http://www.roleks.se/cy41.jpg

A lot of things to pull off.

http://www.roleks.se/cy42.jpg

Some electrical work.

http://www.roleks.se/cy43.jpg

There it is.

http://www.roleks.se/cy44.jpg

http://www.roleks.se/cy45.jpg

Here is the steering wheel as it looks from the start.

http://www.roleks.se/cy13.jpg

And with some personal touch.

http://www.roleks.se/cy46.jpg

This not looks nice.

http://www.roleks.se/cy47.jpg

So a few R-line details will help.

http://www.roleks.se/cy48.jpg

Then I got a package.

http://www.roleks.se/cy20.jpg

Mmmm, me like.

http://www.roleks.se/cy21.jpg

The first one on location.

http://www.roleks.se/cy22.jpg

Looks great beside the yellow.

http://www.roleks.se/cy23.jpg

The orginal.

http://www.roleks.se/cy24.jpg
Nicer.

http://www.roleks.se/cy25.jpg

Way to yellow.

http://www.roleks.se/cy26.jpg

Me like.

http://www.roleks.se/cy27.jpg

Notice the VW logo.

http://www.roleks.se/cy28.jpg

A little closer.

http://www.roleks.se/cy29.jpg

Time to get inside.

http://www.roleks.se/cy50.jpg

Here will the CD and navi be.

http://www.roleks.se/cy51.jpg

Out with the dashboard.

http://www.roleks.se/cy52.jpg

Then I will locate where the pulse cable to the navi should be.

http://www.roleks.se/cy53.jpg

Then I put it in.

http://www.roleks.se/cy54.jpg

Ready to rock.

http://www.roleks.se/cy55.jpg

A amp in matching color. LOL

http://www.roleks.se/cy56.jpg

Behind the seat will be fine.

http://www.roleks.se/cy57.jpg

And the subwoofer.

http://www.roleks.se/cy58.jpg

Melting with the interior.

http://www.roleks.se/cy59.jpg

Sounds like a dream. Bluetooth for the phone too.

http://www.roleks.se/cy60.jpg

Nice, the painter was here.

http://www.roleks.se/cy61.jpg

This is not nice.

http://www.roleks.se/cy30.jpg

So I order a rail from the version with glasses.

http://www.roleks.se/cy70.jpg

And the cover from the painter.

http://www.roleks.se/cy71.jpg

A lot better IMHO.

http://www.roleks.se/cy72.jpg

Then I put on extra lights inside the car.

http://www.roleks.se/cy73.jpg

http://www.roleks.se/cy74.jpg

Xenon bulbs so it will be interesting to see how it works in the dark.

http://www.roleks.se/cy75.jpg

More nice stuff.

http://www.roleks.se/cy80.jpg

Interesting.

http://www.roleks.se/cy81.jpg

Choose car and 10 minutes later I have add 40 hp's.

http://www.roleks.se/cy82.jpg

More nice things in my drawers.

http://www.roleks.se/cy83.jpg

Something is wrong here, the leaf spring is at the wrong side of the axle.

http://www.roleks.se/cy84.jpg

So I have to do something about it.

http://www.roleks.se/cy85.jpg

http://www.roleks.se/cy86.jpg

Nice to work with, no rust.

http://www.roleks.se/cy87.jpg

Now the leaf springs are at the front of the axle.

http://www.roleks.se/cy88.jpg

And here we are at the right side with them.

http://www.roleks.se/cy89.jpg

Adjustable too.

http://www.roleks.se/cy90.jpg

It's going in the right direction.

http://www.roleks.se/cy91.jpg

Shock absorbers in place too.

http://www.roleks.se/cy92.jpg

And the painted bumper.

http://www.roleks.se/cy93.jpg

So now the rear is finish.

http://www.roleks.se/cy94.jpg

A quality filter is never wrong.

http://www.roleks.se/cg1.jpg

Preoiled and ready.

http://www.roleks.se/cg2.jpg

In place.

http://www.roleks.se/cg3.jpg

Damn, now they have stop deliver the car with the engine cover.

http://www.roleks.se/cg4.jpg

So I have to buy one.

http://www.roleks.se/cg5.jpg

No dirt and no roadnoise.

http://www.roleks.se/cg6.jpg

Now we will have some more fun.

http://www.roleks.se/cg7.jpg

This one have to go.

http://www.roleks.se/cg8.jpg

I need the top bearing.

http://www.roleks.se/cg9.jpg

So I have to get it.

http://www.roleks.se/cg10.jpg

It's a little difference.

http://www.roleks.se/cg11.jpg

I start at the bottom.

http://www.roleks.se/cg12.jpg

And there we hit the ground.

http://www.roleks.se/cg13.jpg

I'm very satisfied with the result.

http://www.roleks.se/cg14.jpg

http://www.roleks.se/cg15.jpg

http://www.roleks.se/cg16.jpg

Or was it better before?

http://www.roleks.se/cy11.jpg

http://www.roleks.se/cy12.jpg

I have always been weak for low cars.

http://www.roleks.se/cg17.jpg

http://www.roleks.se/cg18.jpg

A few more updates.

This time I start inside and here I found the power outlet.

http://www.roleks.se/yc1.jpg

So what nice option can I get to that?

http://www.roleks.se/yc2.jpg

A rechargeable flashlight.

http://www.roleks.se/yc3.jpg

Me like.

http://www.roleks.se/yc4.jpg

Then I got a leather steering wheel with multifunction buttons.

http://www.roleks.se/yc5.jpg

Looks great IMHO.

http://www.roleks.se/yc6.jpg

Then I pull off a few things that I will get smoked.

http://www.roleks.se/yc7.jpg

And I have been at the painter again. LOL

http://www.roleks.se/yc8.jpg

It's the minor things that do it.

http://www.roleks.se/yc9.jpg

I have some trouble to get the back stay at the road so I have to do something about it. LOL

http://www.roleks.se/yc10.jpg

Damn it looks great.

http://www.roleks.se/yc11.jpg

http://www.roleks.se/yc12.jpg

http://www.roleks.se/yc13.jpg

The smoked light in place too.

http://www.roleks.se/yc14.jpg

I hope you found this little tour interesting.

Dutch VW's are always on Continental's, that's because of the fact that PON (Dutch Importer) is also importing Conti in the Netherlands. When you're in Wolfsburg you'll notice that there is a wide variety of tyre-brands which VW uses. Not just Conti
