Danos Golf 2 ABF ombouw

Hallo!

Zal me even kort voorstellen, ik ben Daan 21 jaar en werk in de autoschade.
Heb sinds kort een Golf 2 GTI 8V Edition One gekocht. Technisch is de auto in goede staat, op het motortje na. Vandaar deze ombouw naar een 2.0 16v ABF. Met uiteraard een aantal kleine modificaties. Als versnellingsbak ga ik de 02A bak gebruiken, en de hydraulische koppeling behouden.

Motorruimte die onwijs smerig is..Overal zit een dikke laag zand omdat ze met een dijkverzwaring bezig zijn :(

the old 1.8 8v..deze word na de ABF gereviceerd en verdwijnt in de motorruimte van de Golf 1. Waar op dit moment nog een 1500 automaat in zit.

een kleine update..
Vanavond de kop eraf gehaald. En goed zichtbaar is hoe vies het blokje wel niet is. Er licht een dikke plak boven op de zuigers. Geen probleem, onderblokje word schoongemaakt, gehoond en gevult met verse veertjes en lagers.
Ook heb ik een tijdje terug de steunen gestraald en gespoten.
Binnenkort weer snel een update.

Mooie ombouw. Ook gaaf zo`n Edition One met smalle bumpers :)

onderblok heb ik vanavond kaal gemaakt. Ook eventjes een zuiger schoongemaakt en viel mij op dat er krasjes aan de zijkant zitten van de zuiger, nu is mijn vraag of dit ernstig is? Is dit weg te krijgen? of moeten er nieuwe zuigers in? graag jullie mening! :thumbup:
