I don't know what kind of engine the MK2 has... but it's fast ! Donkervoort is a 180pk 1.8 20VT.

Think it's an Caterham or something like that, no Donkervoort.. Headlights are standing up (Donkervoort has them to the side I believe). And is Donkervoort also available in English version? This one has the steering wheel on the right (check the rearview mirror)

I posted this on a Norwegian forum, and was flamed because A) the 7 is a Caterham, not a Donkervoort, B) the Golf is not a G60, it's a 20VT packing some 380 hp.

Aha ... that's why Donkervoort is using the same engine in there new models !!
Finally they dumped the old pushrod Ford engines !! :D

My opinion is that the man in the super 7 is not a good driver, or is just nog going all the way... (Or has a way to heavy, but slow motor...)

i agree with tommie! he tooked realy bad drivelines in the curves....och....no mather what car you have....you`ll never beat a volkswagen ;)

Nee hoor, ik denk dat het hele gedoe een beetje in scene is gezet, eerst komt die Golf aan de buitenkant voorbij en daarna loopt ie niet noemenswaardig meer weg ....

Gezien zijn harde werken (rook van de banden bij het remmen etc) en het relatioef dichtbij blijven van die Caterham denk ik dat die Golf normalerwijs zoek gereden zou zijn ......gewichts/vermogens verhouding ligt bij beide auto's namelijk redelijk gelijk...


BTW Dutch is also international ;-)
