Hey Guys what´s up!
Yeah!!! That´s right! I´m from Brazil!
So I came to the volksforum.com page because I´m a really Wagen Lover...
Like everyone in here... I guess :D
Well... I really expect to make some new friends arround the world right here and get some new ideas for projects to my VW Gol... so I will start introducing myself... and my little "toy"!

My name is Lucas, I´m a 1997 Volkswagen Gol owner... well I Think that maybe this model may not be so famous or known in other places around the world... but here in Brazil it´s a classic!
This car has a strong connection with Soccer... the most famous sport in here... "I think that is a bullsh**... because I prefer a million times Racing!" :D

Well... about my car´s project...
What I could say is that´s always changing!
This Wagen have a small engine... just a 1.0 liter and an impressive "Horse" Power (I could say Poney power hahaha) off 55HP...
And there´s no many ways to make it come better!
Turbo chargers arent´s so expensive... but... there´s not many forged components to make it durable :rant:
By the way... with the turbo chargers working on this engine type... you can barely double the engine power, so I´m trying to make a swap engine for something a little bit "bigger" like an 1.6... 1.8 liters engine or maybe a 2.0! Why not?! :thumbup:
Even with the small engine... my sickness for some "good" Horse powers convinced me to install a cold air intake system with a totaly "freeflow" sport exhaust! This should not give too much power in this small engine but the mix of the Exhaust and intake sound was really great and funny!

Wow! I´m glad to know!
Here in Brazil the passion for VW is strong!
We have great cars in here too!
And as such German Look cars and Euro style cars are famous around the world... we are working hard to improve our brazilian style!
With our "spice" of modifications and creating a identity to our modified cars!

I made a trip to Brasil last year and I was really amazed with diversity of model's that we do not have over here. It just seems like VW is an entirely different brand over there. Really fell in love with the Saveiro.

Oh Sure!!! The VW Saveiro!!!
I´m fascinated for this model too!!!
Here in Brazil, we have a lot of VW Saveiro modified... I Think the low weight with the good 1.6... 1.8 or 2.0 liters VW "AP" (the abreviation of High Performance in portuguese) engine makes this car be soo atractive!
I really do not know which model I'm most passionate!!!
It´s a hard decision!!! :( So I always say that each wagen have a space in my heart! hahahahaha :thumbup:

What´s Up Guys!
Well... I've been quiet for a while, just looking for another car and making some plans.
Until I finally got another VW.
It´s a 99` silver VW Gol (another one)!
Well I took some pictures... He´s still "stock" but I guarantee that it will be fine!
The engine is a 1.6 liters AP (High Performance) and it have excellent results when boosted.
Even with a low pressure... (like 0.5 bar) it´s easy to extract up to 200 HP!

I´m excited and very anxious to start this "project"!
