Please change the following in your profile, if your country uses Daylight Savings Time:
Click this link: http://www.volksforum.com/forum/profile.php?do=editoptions
Scroll down to Time & Date Options
Select the appropriate TimeZone
(if you didn't already ;))
Select DST Correction Option: "Automatically detect DST Corrections"
Click Save Changes
Daylight savings time will be changed automaticaly
