didn't they were building a v12... tvr's own development or where did they get it?

But I personally think the v8's sound better, this one is too raw, and too low rev. In high revs i't sounds okay, but the circuit is too short...

As I understood things, this is a one-off race car. TVR didnt build a V12 for series production
