the lincoln is outta my shop and finally on the road (after 8 years of rebuilding)
but i have to much other stuff going on atm.lot´s of friends calling that need help and such,garden crap...

ever thought about using the missing part from a passat, something like a jetta fastback?

the last pic i saw from the jetta wagon was newly painted and on a rollcar plate thing with the wheels on a bucket.
does it at least roll now on its own wheels mean?

i never thought about anything else because shaping the passat rear end would be to much of work.
the lines from jetta/golf are almost the same...

car is still on a roller, no axles or anything else.

ok then just coutinue to get the wagon on his own wheels before you are importing foreign labourers again, lol.

if you need something on parts i still have a lot in berlin laying on a shelf, but i guess so do you...

Soooo..small update.
we dropped the old dirty axles under the car to move it to a paintshop that will do a cut&polish job.

i may get it back next week.

then we will slowly start reassembling it.

woohoo.. updates.... will it roll this year?

i hope so.
when i get it back from the paintshop i will start buying all needed parts and put it back together step by step.

well... i am working on it
slow,very slow

put on all new brake lines, new steering rack, put it on a rotissery to work on.
atm waiting for the rear axle to get sandblasted and painted

and of course...shelling out lots of money for all new stuff.........

Are you gonna have glass windows made?

for now i will stick with plastic
well that will be next year decision....

this year goal is to have the underside ready and have it back on the ground rolling
