Here's my Ghia. Imported from Japan RHD. Exported from factory to Japan 1973. No corrosion but paintwork and interior in bad state. Origionally White but had been painted Black. Now painted Irish Green with White top.Managed to check out that it had had 4 owners. The last owner spent a lot of money on engine but put it together wrong. It took me the best part of 4 1/2 years to do body off restoration rebuilding engine curing gearbox leaks renewing front and rear suspension as well as steering gear and brakes etc. The engine,1641cc, was fitted with twin Weber 44 IDF's and an Engle Drag Race Camshaft, yes I did say DRC.These were sold and she is now fitted with twin Weber 36 IDF's and an Engle 110 Cam and Cran Cams Electronic Ignition.

This thread needed a new 2014 update in it sooooo--

Here is my '70 Ghia -- Was a SCCA racer since the late 80's, being brought back to life as a street car

Engine is a 2963cc based on a ARPM block, 4" bore with angle port heads -- of course Turbo charged
