hoe stationair toerental af te stellen?

hoi,

Pierburg 2E carburateur.

ik krijg het stationair toerental niet goed :screwy:
momenteel schommelt ie tussen de 11 en 1200 toeren.

Volle slag naar links, en een volle slag naar rechts aan schroef A doet niks.
