My carotid artery burst. Had to have CPR done and a trachea put in for air. Trachea came out yesterday, on the mend...

Being choked by a security guard started it I think then a little goofing around wrestling at H2O this year set it off.

Killadelphia is slang for Philadelphia Pennsylvania in the US, we have a little problem with murders here hence the slang name.
