Cut the rubberseal where the arrow is.
It's a split-view of the windowsseal (red), with glass in it (blue), and the metalwindowframe (black)..
You could try the push the window outward, but since the glass is panoramic, it could break easily, and since you'll be throwing away the old seal anyway...
You could cut the rubber on all sorts of other ways, but in this way, you won't hit any metal (paint), only glass (which if it would scratch, won't ever by visible.
NOTE:
If your windowseal has a chrome bezier around inside the rubberseal: Cutting won't be nessasary: just remove the bezier, and you can easily push the window out.. To put the bezier back in the new seal again is a pain in the ass, and requires special tools! (or anyone here might give you a hint; I'm still struggling)
