for the rad frame, grille, lights... iirc it would have been somewhere in the neighbourhood of $500 for shipping - and that's the cheapest i could find for that size.

but i never did check usps... i never thought of going south of the border to mail stuff over... oh, and i don't think that's exactly legal to do either - but it could be done.
