Hello everyone!! My name is Flavio and I've been around here for some time, so now I decided to tell you how I became a VW fan!!

Volkswagen is one of the most tradicional car builder in Brazil. In fact, it was the first to open a factory here, so you can imagine HOW big they are in here...
My first contact with VWs was when I was a child and my parents had an 1983 Parati LS (the first production car of VW that came with Alcohol instead of gasoline). It was bought when I wasn't even a project (I was born in '84) and sold in '91;




Two years before it was sold, my parents bought a VW Gol GL 1989, the car that I learnt to drive (when I was about 10 y/o... ). This one is still on the family, but now with my uncle;

After that, the next VW on the list was the VW Santana CLi 1995. This one I still miss... It was my first car (when I completed 18 y/o) but unfortunately it was stollen in 2005;

Some time later my parents gave me a VW Gol Power 2003, that was an OK car, but was bought used, so it had some small (irritating) problems. It was sold last year;




Together with it was the VW Gol City 1.0 2004 used by my mother. One honest, durable and simple car;




Both were sold to give place to the actual car I'm using, the VW Polo 1.6 2007. About this one I don't have any complaint... it's one heck of a good car!!!





And finally the last addition to the "family", my project car, a VW Gol CL 1991 (yeah, I really LOVE VW Gol... hehehe);
