I have this car in my sight for over 12 years now .my partner in crime is a very conscious and tidy worker... his personnal project has taken different step ,directions and .....alot of time .

the rabbit (golf) has been repainted 3 times , sandblasted completely each time (beach party in my garage anyone ?) the project is almost completed ...no more changes ..( are u listening ?) i hope ...I'll try to update with various pictures everyday ...

different step( it's been so long ...i might forget a thing or two )

-1st resto / touchup ...circa 1996-97
1st complete sandblast ,painted pearl white
completely fonctionnal hydraulic corrado wing
complete passat glass sunroof(and when i say complete....
swap vr6 corrado 95 automatic ( at the time ,the only tranny available ) lol
recaros/dash complete corrado 95 installed
5 bolts hubs fitted (complete brake corrado swap )








-2nd step (6 months after)
manual tranny swap
chassis reinforcement ,welding (windshield cracked)
repaint #2
sandblast and paint under car ( i can assure you the underside of this car was cleaner than most of the cars i've owned )






-3 a lot of fun (1-2 years)

4- (1-2 years after )
let's take everything out and start again
complete mk3 floor swap...front aprons,firewall ....(mk3 underpinnings now bolt -on ) easier said than done
paint # 3






5-blew engine .... 2.8 12 valves major rebuild 2004-2005
6- lot of fun (500 km)

7-changing the plans ....no replacement for cubic displacement (where's my 3.2, PHILLLLLLLLLLLL?)

8-an old lady named syncro crossed my path
9- a smashed TT 3.2 2004 step on my foot...
10-cabrio skirtkit doesn't do it anymore ....
11-oh no not agaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaain?









the project is now on the last line to the finish,i'll try to update everyday ....
what's need to be done ...
-finish small things on the 3.2 (missing alternator ...PhIIIIIIL ,where's my alternator???)
-syncro/quattro hybrid
-paint # 45 titanium porsche (underhood is already flawless)
-18' from the TT (I know ,it's too big )
-Turbo ?
- a lot of fun
