Welke Olie V5 ?

Hallo,

welke olie kan ik het beste nemen voor mijn V5 uit 1998 Motorcode AGZ
heb op de verschillende websites zitten kijken maar wat raden jullie aan ?

volgens Castrol moet er Edge 5W30 in
Shell: 5W40 Helix Ultra
Kroon: SpecialSynth MSP 5W40

welke kan ik nu t beste nemen?
