Perfection? The innerside from the roof is from a four door Golf! And the seatbelts in the front are not working.

But maybe these problems are solved now.

Extremly detailed car,but why all this afford to clean up the engine bay,and
forgot to do the clutch cable ...
It would have looked so much better if they had fitted an hydraulic clutch.

If you can't drive it, it ain't no fun. To much for me, but it certainly is f*cking awesome.
He'd be my hero if he could reach the same eye popping effect with a marsrot car though.

Seen this one at GTI International 2 years ago...its is stunning, and the pictures do do the car justice...but gotta agree, i want to be able to drive a car without worrying about getting the seats dirty. Overall though beautiful mk2!

open ended cheque book car.

Fromt he PVW feature the owner only spec'd a one-piece front bench and a leather dash.

He had no idea what the final car would look like. No input on the colour, choice of wheel or engine it had. Premiere let him see the car the day before Inters 2004.

From what I can gather the engine came from the first chrome car they built and had been sitting in the corner of the workshop for a while. I bet they couldnt believe their luck that someone didnt care what engine they put in their project came through thte door.

Nice car. Built to amazing standards. But I have no respect to the owner/cheque writer.

I also gave the door a proper clout with my camera as I was looking round it at Inters... I got shoved as I was trying to get out of the crowds of people round it... I did check the next day and luckily I could see no damage to it.
