voorzover ik weet:
ja mag weg, dan moet je je chassisnummer om laten slaan bij rdw, dan krijg je dus nieuwe papieren, waar staat waar je nummer dan staat. Je moet je auto aanbieden voor rdw met het blok in je auto, dus niet een kaal chassis.
