A trans brake reduces unsprung weight and rotating mass (only one inboard brake vs two as far out as possible). Which end is the trans brake on? Rear end? Or at the front? Im used to seeing them on the rear but Ive heard of them up front. Jsut keep in mind most of the vehicles stoppnig power is done at the front wheels.
