EV gti blok, startprobleem

zit op mijn 84 GTI met een startprobleem, krijgt overal ontsteking, maar op de spinnenkop krijgt hem enkel benzine op de eerste 2 leidingen (dichtst tegen front) bij starten.
Moet deze op alle 4 tegelijk geven? Of is dit anders bij het starten?
Zoja, wat kan er stuk zijn?
