Dunne->dikkenaaf adapter

Ik ben opzoek naar een adapter om van mn dunne stuurnaaf een dikke te maken..

Iemand deze voorradig?

Maar mocht iemand een sportstuur naaf hebben voor dunne naaf is die ook welkom!
