Exclamation Nog een Ragtop in Twente
Ik heb eindelijk na lang zoeken (Bedankt Hajee!!) een kever gevonden. Het is een ragtop uit 1963 geworden.
Hij is een goede staat en al eens gerestaureerd in Duitsland. Toen ook omgebouwd naar 12 Volt en voorzien van getint glas

Er gaat natuurlijk nog wel iets aan gebeuren: BRM's eronder, rode achterlichten en een versmalde as van Aircooled.nl

Ik heb mijn BRM's binnen. Het zijn matzwarte geworden, de rand is ook mat i.p.v. gepolijst.






De banden zijn van Maxxis, voor heb ik 145/65R15 gemonteerd en achter 165/80R15.






Zo komt het er ongeveer uit te zien, alleen wordt hij dan nog een heel stuk lager!!






Ik kan niet niet wachten tot Martijn terug is uit Amerika, en dan mijn as kan monteren.

Dat is inderdaad een goede keus, altijd mijn favoriete velgen geweest voor luchtgekoeld.
Ben benieuwd hoe het uitkomt als alles dadelijk erop, eraan en eronder zit!

Ik ben ook zeer benieuwd. De stijl waarmee jij fotografeert vind ik erg stoer. Als het zover is moeten we maar een keer afspreken om een fotosessie te maken!
