Krukas optijd zetten voor distributie

Goedendag, ik ben bezig met mijn distributie van mijn polo 6n2 gti 1.6 16v maar ik kom er nou niet achter hoe ik de krukas op tijd zet. Nokje of groefje ? Alvast bedankt !
