Cis-e Isv....

I am doing up a German spec 16v GTI, in the UK. Problem is someone has completely removed the ISV. All VW ISVs in the UK seem to be 2 pin (CIS). Does anyone know where I can buy (or want to sell) a 3 pin ISV?
