Hey guys, I recognize some of you guys from the tex and fixx....good to see you...
If you dont know me I live near Kaiserslautern Germany, Own a 91 GTi 8v, and am jealous of alot of your cars....mainly because your cars run right now... :biggrin:

you can put them in the gallery and then link them in here. but how you did it now works too

just copy the link and paste them between the IMG tags

edit: i see Rene already posted them

Yeah I guess that is how i will do it...
Yeah the hubcaps were the first to go...These are old photos...It has recently had a new big valve head put in and the trim has been had black magic put on them...ohh and a washing.

The rear of the car has a strip of bondo across the lower part. A big gray strip. I will have to take some more pics.

But now i have to check some of the grounds and see why it wont start.
I had to cut the exhaust bolts free with a die grinder so I am waiting on the exhaust seal. Then its is time for a side exit exhaust.

But it has a hot cam and an abd big bore...So with the new head hopefully more reliability.

Yeah it was not a bad deal for $360 (US). It needs some TLC but I barely have the time to take care of it...I have to take days of of work to actually work on it..(which I dont mind)
But it does have alot of potential... :biggrin:

Just dreaming of running the twisties here in Germany just cruisin
